1作業(yè)前檢查卷揚機滑輪、制動裝置和鋼絲繩等應工作可靠后方可使用。
2、使用皮帶和開式齒輪傳動的部分，均須設防護罩，導向滑輪不得用開口拉板式滑輪。
3、以動力正反轉的卷揚機，卷筒旋轉方向應與操縱開關上指示的方向一致。
4、從卷筒中心線到一個導向滑輪的距離，帶繩槽卷筒應大于卷筒寬度的15倍，無槽卷筒應大于20倍，當鋼絲繩在卷筒中間位置時，滑輪的位置應與卷筒軸心垂直。
5、操作人員須熟悉其卷揚機的構造性能，經培訓、考核后方可操作。
6、工作開始時，應將鋼絲繩拉直后，方可正常運轉，運轉過程中，吊運物體不得碰到障礙物。
7、卷筒上的鋼絲繩應排列整齊，如發(fā)現重疊或斜繞時，應停機重新排列。
8、任何人不得跨越正在作業(yè)的卷揚鋼絲繩。物件提升后，操作人員不得離開卷揚機。休息時物件應降到固定面。
9、卷揚機在工作中嚴禁注油、保養(yǎng)及修理。
10卷揚機卷筒上的鋼絲繩不可全部放出，至少應保留3圈，鋼絲繩應從卷筒的下方引出。
11、卷揚機的各項電氣控制要靈敏有效，接地良好。
